Well, the number of entries hasn't improved any, but what the hey? I figured I'd update anyway. :)

Wakey, wakey!

The entries I've gotten so far are awesome, even if there are only 4 of them. I'm not sure what happened to all the entries, but I've added the first few, so check them out for some inspiration, yeah? :)

No affiliates and not much else to say. I haven't had a lot of time to keep up with what's going on at this site, so if you sent me an entry/message/affiliate application, or anything else for that matter, I probably didn't get it. A re-send is in order. ;)

So I've put the winners up. I just thought I'd make a proper announcement, because you guys made really impressively beautiful art this round and the voting was almost tied in all challenges!

And congrats to the "creativity" winner, whose art is featured on the sidebar. :)

Happy birthday!

So guess what? FLR Blends just celebrated its 5th birthday, so I figured a special round was in order! Have I ever got a treat for you guys--hold onto your hats!

For starters, let's talk about the layout. It features some of the most memorable layouts that FLR Blends has had over the years (you just might recognize a few of them). I hope you guys like it. :)

Then let's talk about the challenges. This round is pretty different from the usual rounds. I've featured four challenge types that FLR Blends has featured before, but they're particularly unique challenges. They're designed to let you express yourselves in your own way, so it should prove to be a very interesting round in terms of entries! There's also a new challenge, which I would like to continue in the upcoming rounds. In any case, this is what's on the menu this time around:

Ch. 146 Word Painting (Special)
Ch. 147 Animalian (Special)
Ch. 148 Good vs. Evil (Special)
Ch. 149 Fonts (Special)
Ch. 150 Artist of the Round (Feature)

I also have one (sort of) new affiliate: Modern Myth Blends.

The winners are not quite up yet, but I'm working on it, so they should be up very soon. In the meantime, make me pretty entries. ;)
